It is our vacation house and very GOOD INVESTMENT property.

Location, location, location!

It is located only 5 minutes ride away from the South Venice Beach Ferry station on the Gulf shore ( with 5 minute ride in the shuttle boat (ferry for 25 persons) to the unique private South Venice beach on the barrier island. We use unlimited FERRY PASS (good for the family of 6).
The Captain will meet riders at the landing located at 4800 Lemon Bay Drive. Don’t forget to show your valid Family Ferry Pass each time you board the Ferry.
Each pass entitles the pass holder to 6 passengers per trip. The captain doesn't sell tickets.

Only 5 min ride to Venice super Walmart and other big stores from our house!
There are great selection of restaurants in the area and plenty of shopping and convenient grocery stores just a few minutes away from the house!

Also we are close to bike trails.

A lot of excellent reviews were left on Airbnb by travelers who stayed there.

UTILITY ROOM is updated with large beige colored floor tiles. There are NEWLY TILED SHOWER STALL with NEW Plumbing fixtures, with wide shower head, NEW DEEP SINK with white CABINET (could be considered as 1/2 bathroom).
There are also WASHER, DRYER and WATER HEATER (2019) in the utility room.

SCREENED cozy LANAI has outdoor furniture (dining table and patio chairs) and lanai's flat roof was recently painted with Lanco roof protecting paint.

CARPORT is available for parking your car by the house.

Nobody ever smoked in this house, which was purchased in 2014 from the original owners who took great care of the house.
The house is elevated, so it is safe from flooding, while the area by the culvert in the front yard and by the fence on the back yard is shown in zone AE (least floodable) on FEMA maps.
